How long will my order take?
Each item is custom-made after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, with an extra 2–3 business days possible during peak periods. Shipping begins after production and varies by destination and the method available at checkout. Remote-area Standard delivery can take 30–45 calendar days. You’ll receive tracking when your order ships.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the size chart on the product page before ordering and compare its measurements with an item you already own. Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is produced, packaged, and handed to the carrier, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
